No. Our team arrives with all the necessary professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you prefer us to use in your home, please let us know in advance.
To help our team clean efficiently, please remove personal items from the areas to be cleaned. Kitchen countertops should be cleared, and the sink should be empty before our team arrives.
Please note that we do not wash dishes or load the dishwasher. Kitchenware and other personal belongings should be put away by the client, as we may not know where these items belong.

For safety and service limitations, our cleaning does not include:

- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Exterior window cleaning is available upon request and can be added to your cleaning service
- Deep carpet or upholstery cleaning
- Washing dishes or loading/unloading the dishwasher
